I don't remember what the GC launch price was but it was Close to the Xbox and PS2 and look what happend. If the Wii would have launched at $599 it would have been toast like the GC.

MS earned a 8 million console lead.They Rushed a faulty console out a year early.Dump millions into the trash by supporting Bluray's comp HD-DVD. Lay off thousands of people and Close 1st party studios to get a price cut. They are pulling out every gun they have. Only problem is they are shooting themselves in the foot with each one. 3) if it gets bluray out of the box.
4) it cost $129
5) it gets tons of 1080p 60fps games
