@Swagman2321 you sure don't know much about game developing. Each system is different in the way it is develop, sure there are similarities but in general there are some factors that make things different and sometimes more complicated. like the cell processor on PS3, which is very different to the processor of the 360, that's why third party games look pretty much the same on both systems even though the PS3 is more powerful.
