the current gen version of the game looks like a remaster version of the old one ...
conclusion : xbone can do a 1080p of a remasterd version of old gen game " not a big deal"

the differences in graphics will not be immediately noticed, but after 3-4 years from now imagine what the developers can do with extra 2GB of high speed Ram, in the multi-platforms games the defferent will be huge..
the ps4 will have then higher textures and framerate + better lighting all that,, (remember last gen was only 1/2 gb ram so what about 2gb of extra ram!)
