I'm still on the fence abit about the monk but definitely look forward to seeing how Blizzard handles it when the game is released. Also I quite enjoyed Blizzard's little touches (eg the menu) at Blizzcon.
Tristram has always been one of the most interesting video game towns I've ever played, and I enjoyed how they brought it back for D2 and now for D3 again.
Good to see some Blizzard can release this thing called a patch :)
I'm a pretty big fan of video game comics/manga, though it's a shame I never got into WoW to be able to appreciate the story of this one. Would still be interesting though.
One annoying thing about hearing tidbits of D3 is that it just makes you want the game to be released sooner :)
Yet another reason not to start that addictive game :P
This isn't good news. I think Blizzard and Delay need to divorce or something.
I've been saying this for years. I don't know what people see in Warcraft :)
PC game is alive and well, especially in the competitive community.
"think there is any way they are gonna compare with the sort of features that we are going to build in our version of Battle.net." - Pardo
Bold statements, which remind me alot of some statements said around Diablo 2 when it was released. I'd be interested in seeing Blizzard keep true to their word.
DLC is always a nice (hopefully cheap for the developers) way to add extra stuff to the game to keep users interested, and extend the general lifespan. I welcome it.
It's good to see that Blizzard appear to have cemented some of their changes in place, which should give us a pretty good idea of what to expect when the game is polished and released.
Connecting once to install the game is probably the less form of evil. Sure, it makes things a little difficult for those that cannot access battle.net (but maybe there's a phone number to call) but everyone has pretty much gotten used to it thanks to Windows needing the same thing with every installation.
Because of the size of the single player campaign that Blizzard is creating, it's one of the things I'm looking forward to most when the game is finally released. It'll be epic
You and half the world I think. I keep expecting the beta to be out "tomorrow"
Indeed. I actually wish the tier structure would come back abit to be honest. Perhaps in the map editor.
Nice. It's interesting to see all the changes Blizzard has done with the zerg since they were announced. I also prefer the new infestor model to the old one.
I sort of guessed Blizzard would say this, knowing their stance on private servers.
Good ol Bill Roper sending games out again :)
Abit like D2 patch 1.13 it would seem!
