I played it on Xbox One in early access. Footage wasn't allowed and when you'd try to stream the game on Mixer or Twitch the game wouldn't allow it.
I was having fun with this game until I went into outer space. I can't figure out the controls for piloting your spaceship.
The casino is nothing more than a pointless diversion.
Doom 3 and HL2 are game changers of their era. They set the bar back then and influenced graphics for many years to come.
Wow are we far apart. Ryse's combat system is absolutely atrocious. AC Odyssey's use of the dpad for special abilities is genius and so much fun and the LB and RB for blocking system is one of the greatest blocking systems ever created for a game!
Well yeah but in terms of the Roman era Odyssey had better gameplay and story. If Ryse Son of Rome copied Odyssey it could be better,
This game had potential, but overall it was bleh. AC Odyssey puts it to shame.
Well they can watch interviews between Reggie through out the years and compare. For example, Reggie during the height of the Wii phenomenon explaining to Geoff Keighley why they're beating the competition.
Years later during the Wii U disaster you can watch Reggie telling Geoff Keighley that they're really not in competition with Sony and Microsoft.
He's playing dumb. Never think that developers won't lie to us. They will to keep a project a secret.
PR talk. Reggie always did this with Nintendo. When you're beating the competition you brag about how and why you're beating the competition. When you're losing against the competition you explain why you're really not in competition. It's not about competing.

It's not what you think. It's boring. Most of the game consist of trying to solve these holograph light puzzles in the air by matching them up with symbols. It's tedious and frustrating. The other portion of the game consist of fighting these tall enemy creatures. You can only lose so much until the entire game starts you over.
Controlling photo realistic humans is an end goal.

Going from SNES to playing Wipeout on the PSone was a revelation I'll never forget. I remember I as started racing around my first track and the techno dance music was blaring that this was the future of gaming.
