What we find awesome is second to these companies. All they care about is making money. Look at Mad Max: Fury Road. Beloved by almost everyone and called film of the year. Yet it didn't have a big opening weekend. It lost to Pitch Perfect 2, meh!
Other than Halo and Gears. Those franchises aren't exactly system sellers. Crackdown? Forgotten franchise. Forza is good but a racing game will never dominate the industry. It's for a niche crowd. Fable 3 was horrible.
Their arrogance and greed got the best of them. They believed their hype. The same thing happened to Sony with the PS3 launch. Sony was coming off the successful PS2 and thought they were unstoppable. Will sell our system at a very expensive price. They'll buy it. We're Sony and have the most successful console around. No, gamers made them pay for it and chose the 360 over PS3. At least for the first few years.

Because a lot of fewer people are buying it on launch week. Simple as that. There isn't enough Xbox One owners to make it a big launch.
Tomorrow there's a big announcement about, Rise of the Tomb Raider. Imagine if they announce that it's no longer exclusive and will be released on all three platforms on launch day. I wouldn't be surprised. The backlash on this Xbox One exclusivity has been relentless. Just look at the comments on FB and the forums. This wouldn't be the first time this happened either. Where a company is forced to remove their exclusivity on a game because of the backlash. FFXIII anyone?
Nude modes are nice to try out, but I actually like a little mystery. Once you see her naked the whole game it gets boring. There's no mystery. I prefer the teasing and flirting.

It's definitely screwed for the launch in terms of sales numbers. There just isn't enough Xbox One owners let alone TR fans that play Xbox One to give them the big numbers they're after. I get Thief for free again. First on PS3 and now on 360. Only now I actually get to keep Thief. Even though I already have it on Steam. I get JC2, but I own it on Steam and PS3. So I get everything I already own, lol! I guess I can make comparison videos? Yeah, I pretty much blame, Larry Hryb.

Last year Sony gave us free games during E3. Garden Warfare on PS4 and Mirror's Edge on PS3. I hope they do it again at E3 2015!
I'm hoping at that at this years E3 Sony Press conference. Sony announces that as a gift to all Plus members. You can keep for good all the free games you've received so far with Plus. It's our way of saying thanks for being such loyal subscribers. Any free games going forward though will remain free as long as you have a Plus subscription. What? One can dream.
Don't buy what is mostly on current gen consoles? How about make more new games that aren't last gen games for current gen consoles?
Every gen has those WOW stand out moments in their life cycle. This current gen has yet to have one of those moments, but after this E3 will see it coming down the road.

I agree, who cares anymore. Directors, Developers should do what they want and ignore the public. Creative freedom. Rather than a world where your creative talents are limited by what offends a certain group of people.
Don't get me wrong. It looks great, but this generation has been strange. It's like every other game for next gen consoles are remastered games from last gen.
We can say anything we like about either console. The sales numbers don't lie and all these companies care about is making a profit.
