because the stories start to suck. I do lose interest. If the game isn't good and story starts to take a dumb turn, I lose interest. I played Max Payne 3 all the way through because it was awesome, but I stop playing Mass Effect 3 when everyone said the ending sucked. here's the problem...we would play games through if the endings on 95% of the games didnt suck. We spend all that time trying to get to the FINAL ACT just to be let down by a POS ending. At least MGS4 had a 45 minute end...

Are you an idiot? Microsoft overcharges its customers? What planet do you live on? How much did Sony ask for a PS3 at launch? How many times have they dropped their price since that launch price? Did they reimburse any of those people that paid $600 at launch when they dropped their price for the first time after 4 months?

Because MGS4 only sold 5.64M globally being on PS3 when it was first released. If they wait until PS4, those numbers might not be that high. If they want maximum dollar, they would release it on PS3 with the current install base 64.8M. If they release it on 360 as well with a 67M install base, the numbers would be even greater. Konami sees the numbers just like we do and it makes more sense.
Of course it will be multi-platform. A lot of companies are getting away from exclusivity unless they get compensation up front. MGS4 sold only 5.64M globally and Konami knows they can double those numbers by releasing on both consoles

It was free for people who bought the LE, but not everyone bought the LE version like you stated and my comment wasnt based off buying the LE version. So next time, take that disagree and shove up your a--. The game has been out since October and I am quite sure no one bought it for the SP aspect.
Should get a discount considering it was pre-released and 80% of the BF3 owners have it. The premium pack should have been available at launch so that it would give gamers a choice instead of forcing them to pay for a map pack they already owned 6 months ago. I will pay as I go from now on.

He's always saying he's working on something new, but you never see it. The guy hasn't made anything new in years. I mean YEEAAARRRS. I don't want to hear about MG anymore at all unless Snake turns into the badass they made Sam Fisher into(minus the new voice over). Sam is still stealth, but they gave him that Jason Bourne feel. His hand to hand is what was missing from the beginning. I loved the old MGS games, but we have graduated from that just like we did from pacman.

That was the intent(IMO), but reviewers took to amazon and shot his book review to 1 star because of it. He was a self published author, so you know he needed the attention. He didn't get squat and to make matters worse, the story resembled another from back in the 70's more so than his and that author didn't give a rats ass.

Socom 2 in HD sounds like something I would buy again. I rarely pay for rehashed games just because they are in HD, but Socom 2 would definitely get my money.
It was actually Unreal Tournament. People played that more than Quake. That game was a blast. Cant play those fast paced shooters anymore though. Serious twitch fest. Socom 1 and 2 had people awake until 2am knowing they had school in the morning. I had to work at 730 and I would be up until 3am back in 2002/2003. Socom was definitely a console seller.
