Sure they could mandate that as a platform but nothing is stopping 3rd party from going to Xbox or switch instead. They could easily persuade the smaller pubs.

Xbox takes the cake in quality and quantity. Both have parody games which is great. I've already beat blood dragon many times but that PS4 one looks pretty good. Soul suspect crushes everyone has gone to rapture. Throwing monkey island on top of that is salt in the wound. There is some other game too for Xbox. A top down shooter I believe.
