Glad I'm not alone. Never got to play six but I've played 4,5, and zero. It's a shame they decided to go the arcade feel to it. call of duty syndrome. They even got rid of the best part and it was the fictitious worlds.
Here I took a screen shot of the same scene from the teaser and from the new 360 trailer. I think it's an ok job. I'm just glad they are porting from PC to console. That way everybody wins.

I don't know about you guys, but I Would love a remake of the PS2 syphon filter that had the online component. One of the best co-op experiences I had with the PS2!

Glad I'm not the only one. Ace combat was one of many games that I got the PS3 for, but it seems the 360 got the last original ace combat. It's a shame really, I really enjoyed the fictitious settings and conflicts and the tactics you had to use for the ACES in zero. Renting this for sure. What a shame.

well damn I stand corrected.
I wouldn't say "hardcore gamers". More like short attention span gamers. BC2 can be fast paced. Have you played the Vietnam expansion? That game is a non stop charge if you have good medics on your squad.

you make a good point, you do have to weave through a lot of shitty players to find the few. I clearly understand the cult following of CoD, I mean just look at the sales, not to mention the great controls. I guess I misunderstood your statement ...
Correction: Only scoped snipers have bullet drop. I love BC2 but the decision to ONLY add bullet drop to scoped sniper rifles is retarded. Put a red dot or acog and you have unlimited range. It's a shame really, I imagine BC2 with bullet drop (EVERY WEAON) to be the most balanced fps out there. That and a shorter range of the shotgun for ONE hit kills.

I don't get the hate for MoH single player. It takes itself too seriously? Come on I lol'ed at the "AMERICA FUCK YEAH!" ending black ops had. That game has 15 year old herpaderp written all over it. It was so concentrated in showing you explosions, the story was barely put together. The story for MoH might have been simple but I thought it was the best, military operations seem the most legit, and it stuck to it's semi realistic roots. Just compare the intros. Black Ops=...
