@isashi pretty much reading and pictures, yeah. You'll usually get some options like dialogue choices and if the game is any deeper, you'll be bale to choose areas to visit. Think of like Phoenix Wright but with boobs.

I think that was one of the points of the game, and maybe the author was trying to show that. People dismiss things based on appearance too quick, and they may lose something insightful by doing so.

Bootylicious! this game is much more than that though. I think the author by using the booty image was echoing the creators that also used booty to draw people in.
