I could add that they need a cleaner/more simplified dashboard....I know too many people that dont understand any of the settings etc....and seem to have trouble getting their surround sound to work in games and movies....they had to call tech support etc and they didnt even know what to do.....they had to do a bunch of crap to get it workn eventually....
for a tech company they really dont know how to make simplistic settings in their systems.....im sure most of us know how to...

yea was a pretty short lived spurt....most fanboys swore this game would change everything....but its was only a drop in the pan....need the rest of the good games like god of war etc etc to really help push the sales
if they cant access an account that means that the account gets disable....hence not a live member.... I know we read this a while ago about a guy who let his account go for over a year and wanted it back and couldnt because the account got deactivated....as I had already mentioned above where I said the accounts are usually taken off of live....
But yes im sure there are people making the new accounts due to these issues but thats because there old account doesnt exist anymore...

I have to agree about gamerscores and trophies for PSN...it will give people more of an incentive to stay on one account

thats because they look for an issue with their system because there is nothing wrong with the accounts or the PSN...also so they can track the systems maintenance phones calls etc and to see if the person even has a system....but they dont track the accounts by individual serial numbers....that would be foolish since some people have familys and share systems.........

If they could get a handle on exactly how many users there is that would be better....cuz this number is deffinitely off by a few milion due to people with multiple accounts....which is another issue I think ps3 has because it really fs with leader board of games when people can use accounts to just die...
