I've never heard "what it should have been at launch" said more about any other franchise. It's the "make america great again" of the gaming industry.

Strange, I thought it was ok at launch at it gets progressively more "meh" as time goes on. Maybe I'm different because I don't give Bungie any credit for bringing back things from the first game because they should have been in it to begin with and I'm certainly not going to pay them more money to do that.
Now do a breakdown on how much of this "new" content is just re-skinned old content

Even if you add up all the "DLC" it still doesn't feel as complete as the old games. I wonder how differently this game would be viewed if it was simply called "Inferno Squadron" instead of marketed as a "Battlefront" title?
Why can't people be honest and accept that Destiny gameplay is slow and clunky at best. You can't even reload while running. I'll repeat that: you cannot reload while running. So much for "become legend" when you can't even become the average grunt soldier.

Did you even think about this comment? Why would any dev team go back and re-create the beginning hours of their game instead of adding to it? It's part of the story FFS, it has to stay as-is. This isn't Destiny where the "story" is so empty and lifeless than they can go back to the drawing board.
