This is normal for a large aquisition like this... Nothing out of microsoft plan... I still think this will go thro as MS still stronger (legally) honestly i don't care anymore i was enjoying the drama at first... But the fun has long gone.... Just end this subject
Stop buying publishers and buy studios and popular ips (spiderman) and games exclsuivity (street fighter project eve final fantasy....) or better buy exclsuive contents and cut them from other games (COD - hogwards legacy....)

But sony is in trouble with more than 1 trillion in debt!!!!!
In comparison MS is worth 2 trillion with 128 billion cash on hand and yearly profit of 135 billion a year and debt of 120 billion...

can you explain how Zenimax Acquisition failed.....for a ps fan view yes..from someone who knows whats actually hapening ...nothing is proven yet
let me explain to you: less than 2 years ago when Xbox bought Zenimax ...some studios not long ago Delivered their project (rage/wolfenstein(2019)doom eternal (2020) or have a contract with sony (deathloop-tokyo ghost) who released on (2021/22) and they got 2 games scheduled this year (starfield-redfall)

personally i see lot of games i want to play here ...starting with the beautiful creepy game atomic heart to bathesda starfield...adding some JPRGS (yes im a fan) like personas and moster hunter arise...lets not forget about souls like wo long and lies of P... redfall and warhammer to have some fun with friend...finally some nice indies like replaced/silksong
