We all know of all their franchises, Alex Kidd needs a reboot the most right after the snail game.
MS will likely see if the KI team want to join them and assimilated them into a faction of Rare.
It would be nice to have more of those types of games on the XBOX platforms.
I remember something like this happening to the 360 with the HANA chip, which was linked to overheating. Went through this same thing myself. Was playing Batman Arkham Asylum and has a weird checkered overlay. But this happened around 30 minutes after playing the system. A week later it died and MS replaced it.

Definitely more better than the mobile version. I use my WP8 to rack up on xp while I'm out and it syncs with the XB1 version. Waiting for this feature with Crimson Dragon and Crimson Dragon Side Story.
I would actually like for them to use what they've learned in Gears of War and use it for a Brute Force reboot.

This just further make me think that the COD and Battlefield difference was from the developers not wanting to use alternate methods to get the game running correctly and just opting for the 720p notch to save time.

Problem is that most people did not look in the package to find the extended 2 year warranty for $50 when the 360 came out. I took advantage of it and wound up with a 5 year warranty on my system when the RROD issue came to light.
No new engines are really needed yet. Look at the poster child for engine upgrades Halo. The older it got the better it looked. I have nothing but high hopes for the Uncharted Engine.
Please don't let Activision kill Bungie like they did Bizarre Creations.

This is not something new. If you play indie games on the 360 you would know that you have to be always online to use them. Welcome to the XBOX 360.
And when this was published 5 indie games came out on XBLIG. By the time half of these games come out there wlll be about 30-40 indie games out on XBLIG. Hardly dominating, especially when 2 are already out on XBLA.
1st) Emulating the Cell Processor would be expensive. If SONY had kept Cell Tech this would not be an issue, but they changed hardware on both CPU and GPU, which they explained was the reason for no BC.
2nd)Limited BC on the 360 was made for the games that would work as close as the original system without outstanding problems, which is why the list is only about 400 games or so. Even still, some games have horrible problems from the emulation. So imagine SONY trying to tell their ...
