relax man, i wasn't slating you, of course you are entitled to your own opinion but so are other people. Sony don't need to be desperate for money to do this, if there are people willing to buy a product and money is to be made why wouldn't they, that's business, that's what Sony is, a business.

It is easy to make a list of why I wouldn't buy an Xbox or ps3, but since I actually like playing games rather than write stupid articles about why my stick is bigger than yours, I'd buy both so I can play the great games and services both machines offer, this article is a joke written by a five year old.
Activision may have made other developers reluctant to work with them too, everyone says average Joe won't care about this and probably doesn't even know who IW is, and they are probably right. But I'd say a whole lot of developers do and they'll certainly think their options through when dealing with Activision in the future.

while I completly agree with what you are saying, we will eventually be the older generation and we might see our younger generation's past-times to be harmful to themselves/others. The question is can we learn from histories mistakes and approach a changing society with an open mind. So far we haven't from book burning to video game slander; yet out of the two, book burning is the only one seen as wrong.

You should only be able to patent something if you actually plan on making it or produce a working prototype imo. Patenting an idea an just sitting on it waiting for someone else to make it so you can sue is a joke.
They are some great looking titles and I am certainly looking forward to them. Would have been great if it was included with the hmd, push the popularity of both tech and game. Try to create an identity essentially, like what wii sports did for the wii.
