The way it's meant to be played well not 60fps but 100+ as for me that's unlocked fps at 165hz bliss
dude, they are rental because the second you don't pay for ps+ you lose everything. and let me ask you how long have you been paying for PS+?
there are no positives in PS+ unless you just want to rent games. paying for an internet server on top of your ISP why ?? what do you get out of it but s few indie games/older game you don't even own and a spotty service that cut off 1 time too many. let's say this gen will end in 6 years in that time you could save 360$ towards the next console or some thing else that benefits you in the long run.
miles a head of the new SimCity but on par/better with mods than sim city 4 if you are comparing the quality but it CPU dependent and console really don't have a good CPU so don't get disappointed if you see a massive visual down grade UI down grade and city size downgrade but anyway enjoy it if you do buy it and if you want the full version then check out the PC version.
