Taking into account all PS 4 games that are on PC will use the equivalent to medium graphics settings. R9 270 will run everything at 1080p 30+ fps on ultra. Ultra being 2 levels higher than PS 4 medium settings

This would be a good move. Look at steam with Arma 3, they allowed users to jump on to development buiid to help with locating bugs etc

Don't know about you guys but Native 1080p vs Native 720p, 1080p having more pixels than 720p. After looking at the video, the screen pixel fill rate on both are the same. Meaning 720p even upscaled to 1080p will have less viewable pixels ie there should be more on screen at 1080 vs 720. This is not the case from the video so I believe they are both running at 720p
