My problem with these patches is that I'm paying +- USD 140 per month for a 20GB plan, with a USD 75 penalty for every GB over that,so games with big patches are out for me.
I don't even use Xbox live & it still pisses me off. They have no right to mess with people's lives. They always say they're targeting the companies, but it's the users that suffer.
Seeing as 4 guys hacked Microsoft, stole the design for the XBox One,built a fake one & sold it on E-Bay, I would have to agree with the " nothing is hack proof " bit.

To all the people saying Microsoft is invulnerable, nobody built a fake PS4 with hacked specs. : http://arstechnica.com/tech...
As a long-time Insomniac fan I'm sad it won't be on PS4. Bought Resistance 1-3, R & C : Quest for Booty,Tools of Destruction,A Crack in Time, All 4 One,all great games, all replayed multiple times. Just not practical for me to buy a system for 1 game.
I would like the option of having an unlocked frame-rate in all games.
I agree. I tend to take at least twice as long as game site reviewers. I don't sit down & play until the game is finished, and I'm fairly certain they get more practice than me.
Was down for around 2 hours for me, ( well,my girlfriend actually, she's quite fond of Killzone 3 multi-player ), so no great loss. Sorry for those who had longer downtime.
nobody's perfect : http://arstechnica.com/info...
Got Metro : Last Light on PS+,definitely getting redux for PS4.
God of War HD collection, (18 GB) took 10 days of continuous downloading, have a better connection now.
Off topic, but my accuracy in The Last of Us was 75 % ,the highest of any game.
There was an article on PC World earlier this year that shows Seagate to have the highest failure rate.

Games with Gold are no longer yours to keep, you need an active Gold subscription, same as PS+.
Mass-effect 3's multi-player was brilliant,I had to fight my girlfriend for the ds3!
Slightly off-topic but in the linked article. I find it strange that you register at https for Sony but http for Microsoft ? Not looking to start an argument, but isn't https more secure?
With my internet connection ( 3G dongle ),the Left Behind D L C would cost +- $100 in data charges to download,so it's less expensive for me to buy the re-mastered version. Downloading full games could cost me $1000.00,so I'm disks only.
When Don Matrick was demoing the kinect's qr code reading ability,he did so on a sony 4k tv,so maybe go with the tv microsoft recommends? ;-)
I wonder if the future includes South Africa, seeing as EA has just cancelled it's release there due to " poor network performance "
These guys aren't hackers, they should come back when they control the critical infrastructure of 16 countries, including the USA & Saudi Arabia! ;-) http://arstechnica.com/secu...
