IMHO scripted is good, advances the story with drama, action, etc. E.g. the COD formula (played the hell out of the sniper mission in COD4).
I didn't really enjoy BC2 single player because it was too....open?
We'll leave the open sandbox business to the multiplayer.
As they've said in interviews before, the single player game is more of a training wheel exercise for the multiplayer where the big boys play.
I can already see the MW3 trailer sucking, compared to this anyway.
Funny how everyone in the US goes ape shit over an ad with sexual innuendoes, yet violence is typically okay (e.g. that kobe bryant COD ad).
I don't have a problem seeing this being aired in Europe, or even in Australia.
The only thing they have to work on is the 12+ label.

Am I the only one who finds no problems with these kind of video games? Sure, perhaps it should have been given an 18+ rating, and the ads are a little racy, but with these ads ubisoft are targeting people who don't mind getting a little kinky around their friends.
If you're not interested, it obviously has no appeal to you, but I'm sure there is a market out there, just like there is one for naughty boardgames.
