Id like to see a combination of GTA IV and san andreas. The shooting, driving and cover system from IV (but improved) and the exploration and customization of san andreas, swimming underwater, planes, Pimp my ride style garages, barber shops and lots more clothing options
Id quite like to see a character that was a family man until his family was killed. Then the game could be about getting revenge.
i found niko the most interesting, He had this dark history that none of the other characters had.

I think there is a differents between types of fans, You have the ones that like the company and will buy there products but know the company can and does do wrong and are main out to make money.
Then you have the fans who think the company is a god send and thinks they can do no wrong (fanboys)
Its because hardcore sony fans see sony as the only corparation in the world that puts its consumers first and making money second.
I actually really enjoyed GTA IV.
My problem with saints row is that with all the things you can do not one of them are really brilliant. The game plays really well combined. But each part alone is adverage.
The shooting is medicore, the driving is medicore but combine them with everything else and its good.
What i want to see with SR3 is that they have spent time making sure every single part of the game would be brilliant without all the other things.

That what i was think ive owned 3 xboxs, 1 red ringed after a major power cut short circuited it causing it to fry it self. That same power cut did the same thing to my tv so im not blaming MS for that.
Then my second one something went wrong and it stopped reading discs. So i sent it in and it was replaced for free and my current one is working fine.
Also this isnt a fanboy comment, but all the huge sony fans joking about the 360's failure rate and yet...
