Im very skeptical about SC5. I think the way SC4 ended gave Namco the perfect opportunity the take the series to new places, however from what i have seen and read it looks like it will just be your average SC sequel. I was hoping (due to some of the SC4 endings) that this game was going to be set in the future a-la Star Gladiator.
Twisted Metal will be amazing, Jaffe has listened to what people want, a fully playable solo and co-op campaign, offline split screen, custom soundtrack, huge competitive multiplayer, multiple endings, replayability.
Day 1 purchase for me and millions of PS3 owners.
Exactly, the PS2 carved the gaming landscape and holds a special place in many peoples hearts.
Well done Sony. Seems like people are opening their eyes to what an incredible machine the PS3 is.
GTAV will be huge on PS3, really looking forward to it. When the majority of people think of GTA they think of a Sony console. The good feelings are there. :)

Repeating peds happens all the time, look at Saints Row 3, a huge city but only 5 or 6 different ped models.
Jaffe along with Gabe are the only developers who you feel actually care about their customers. Which is so refreshing it actually gives me hope for the industry.
I don't think L.A Noir was ever designed with a future in mind. I still think it was made as a tech demo to show investors it's worth parting with their money for. Im certain we will be seeing this facial technology used in GrandTheftAutoV.

I like the realism in GTA now, it gave GTAIV an incredible atmosphere, sometimes when i play GTAIV i just stand still in some places and just take in everything around me. Sometimes the game can look photorealistic, it's incredible for a game that came out in 2008.
Can't wait to see the cars and weapons.
But it doesn't all follow the same pattern because 12 was incredible and a true return to form. Critical claimed across the board and was given the Playstation gold seal.
So it's not like it's entirely the teams fault.
The game is looking fantastic, can't wait to play it!
I picked one of these up, i really love it. And a $100 price cut just sweetens the deal.
