Because i feel like it. Just look at the story about MGS:R on 360, had nothing to do with PS3 and i bet those 500+ comments werent all 360 fanboys. And i wont even bother go into the Alan Wake looks like crap and Forza cant touch GT5 comments.
Well they better, with no real heavy hitters this holiday season they desperately need GOW3 or GT5 if they want to stand a chance against well established franchises like Halo, Forza, Splinter Cell and whatever big release Nintendo have planned because Uncharted and another Ratchet aint going to cut it

As for MGS4 why the hell would MS want a port of a 2 year game when they can get the next installment of the Metal Gear franchise. If MS wanted MGS4 the would of got it.
I hope Sony is publishing all those 3rd party games because if not they WILL be coming to the 360 in the near future

I dont see them bundling for free with every console that tech looks expensive, they might bundle it with just the arcade but i still think its doubtful if they want to make money.
Its probably likely they will release it at a reasonably high price and include games with it, wouldnt surprise me if one of those games was Halo: Reach, cause that 'reach' part in the name could be referring to motion control
SaberEdge is right all the PS3 fanboys dont want it to be exclusive and yet they want to be craptastic. They are all doing exactly what they did last year with FFXIII, I cant believe just cause a franchise goes multiplatform you automatically hate it, its just sad and pathetic
I hope it doesnt cost mountains of cash cause it does look extremely unique and innovative and if MS want to capture the Wii market (and likely any hardcore gamers) its going to need to be cheap
