Honestly i think consumer choice is good. It's weird to me that nintendo has done this for years and nobody cares. For crying out loud the Wii is the first home console that is backwards compatible. Sony talked about choice and now they've discontinued they're 20 gig model and it has even been 6months. These kinds of post on this site are pointless and are only posted to support fanboy wars

I hate win people post this stuff it seriously is not relevant in any way shape or form to gaming period. It seems like people on this site to even post about games anymore its really pathetic that people associate MOVIE formats with PS3 and Xbox 360. Fanboys eat this stuff up and it boggles my mind every time i read about it.
i work at Gamestop ans alot of people are in the same boat as you it sucks bc Rainbow Six: Vegas just got bumped till the end of May now.
I hope it picks up soon they make great games it would be a shame if we have to wait every 6 months for a good like they're last to systems

I i have had mine for about a month and i love it it is bigger than an i-pod but i love the fact that it doesnt scratch at all reall its sweet and im really excited to see what software updates they are going to bring in the future
Of course the sales slowdown the PSP sucks, the only thing thats going to get them back on track is to stop releasing ports of ps2 games.

The reason it seems that gamestop employees are pushing the PS3 is bc the sales have come to a dead stop. The company is really desperate to try to move the systems bc they make no money off of them so it doesnt help that they have been sitting in our back rooms since the week after christmas
