9 times out of ten, the difference isn't even noticeable. Unless you game with a magnifying glass.
It started out on PS3, so it better be superior.
But they probably had to gimp it a little for the 360 (DVD) version.

Wonder why they didn't do this in 2009, when PS3 had Killzone 2, inFamous, Demon's Souls, Uncharted 2, and Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time...?
