Looking forward to Fable Anniversary next month!
My ps4 failed on me a little over a week ago. It was working perfectly since launch until it just randomly shut off mid game. When I'd try to turn it back on the blue light would come on for about a sec and then it would click twice and power back off. I got the coffin a couple days ago and will be shipping it back to Sony tomorrow. I should be getting a replacement within a couple weeks.
Here's a video of the issue(not mine): 4395d ago 4 agree1 disagreeView comment
Medal of Honor: Airborne is awesome.
The multiplayer looks blurry at times because it's running at a dynamic resolution to maintain 60fps. Notice how the picture becomes blurrier when action is present and then jumps up in clarity when you stand still. Killzone Mercenary on vita also uses a dynamic framebuffer(throughout all modes in Mercenary, Shadow Fall only uses it in multiplayer).
Here's an example:

Yah there is definitely room for improvement. The zombie encounters in Day Z should be more along the lines of what's portrayed in these videos:

I would really like a sequel to Singularity.
Yah same here man. When I was playing through the third chapter in Killzone Shadow Fall I was all like http://makeameme.org/media/...
I didn't like Joel McHale at first but I warmed up to him when he started ripping on Geoff. What nobody knows is that under each layer of Geoff's clothing is a bag or two of Doritos.
PO-TA-TO! PO-TA-TO! PO-TA-TO!
lol
This type of question shouldn't be asked until they are both well established. These two machines just came out so I think it would be a good idea to withhold judgement. In the meantime we should just continue enjoying our console of choice.
Happy gaming!
I'm keeping the ps3 simply for the fact that it's the more capable multimedia player at the moment. I can't listen to music, watch personal videos/flash videos on the web browser, or view photos on the ps4. Until the ps4 can match its functionality, the ps3 will be sitting right next to the ps4.
And then there's the backlog of PS Plus titles!
I checked out a tear down video before I made my comment just to make sure haha. It's a ribbon cable that can be easily disconnected!
Edit: Well doesn't look like that'll work then lol. There has to be a way!
Another Edit: Found a better tear down video. Check it out!

I wonder i...
I'm thinking about cracking open my DS4 and disconnecting the ribbon cable to the light bar. I find that it can get kind of annoying when gaming in a dark room. It does work well as a flashlight though when I'm looking for the tv remote.
See guys, even Sean Connery is getting a PS4.
After reading the title I thought it was going to be about the touch pad lol. But yeah, the audio out capability of the DS4 is a godsend. I would have been stuck with my tv speakers otherwise.
Full support of the Pulse Elite can't come soon enough. I actually wouldn't mind if Sony created an even better version of the Pulse headset with native 7.1 support and a better battery.
The first Bad Company had the best campaign. I love how open ended each level was (why I also enjoyed the first Crysis over the others).
I thought the more linear campaign in BC2 was a step back. The campaigns in BF3 and BF4 don't even deserve acknowledgement. Although I did enjoy BF4 more than BF3 (I'll at least give 'em that).
1)Journey
2)The Last of Us
3)Uncharted 2
4)MGS4
5)The Orange Box
6)Red Dead Redemption
7)Call of Duty 4
8)Assassins Creed 2
9)Far Cry 3
10)LittleBigPlanet
I think these are my top ten. It sucks having to exclude some of my other favs.
Yeah I'm not that surprised. The console itself is only held in place by a couple pieces of cardboard. Not much there for shock absorption.
A good looking first person title that isn't a mindless shooter. This game will be receiving my full support.
