Doesn't it all come down to the amount of RAM/bandwidth and the amount of ROPs on the GPU?
The PS4 definitely has the RAM and bandwidth to pull it off. All Sony would have to do is ask AMD to include the appropriate amount of ROPs on the GPU, right?

Well, they seem to be happy. The most interesting feature to me is the ability to spectate and interact with your friends gaming experiences. Virtual pass the controller ftw!
