Having kids is a wonderful feeling, they bring you much more joy in life than gaming ever could.
Gaming is great but it shouldn't take over your life.
No need to rush in having kids but think about it when your ready and able to support the family.
I had my first at 39 years old, I had plenty of years of partying and gaming before I decided to settle down.

I'm 41 with 2 kids (3 yr old and 8 month old)
It's difficult for me to game now but I doubt I'll stop playing.
It's my only way to relax and enjoy some time with my gf as she enjoys watching me play certain games (single story games only)
She'll find other things to do when I play multiplayer games.
I'll still try them but I doubt they'll hold my attention

The witcher 3 complete edition was $25 a few weeks ago
I picked it up and I'm also waiting for the ffxv complete version when it drops to $20-$25
I learned my lesson last gen with day 1 purchases
