I'm pretty late i know, to answer your question yes it doesn't have HDR , i'll probably get an HDR 4K Monitor in like 2-3 years since i use Dual monitors now a 1080 and 4K.

Like @OB1Biker said Bloodborne was Announced at E3 2014 and released March 2015 , Dark Souls 3 was E3 2015 and released April 2016, I'm gonna go ahead and guess there will be leaks around May since Bloodborne & Dark Souls 3 Had those, An announcement trailer at E3 2017 with a Spring 2018 release is my best guess.
