OMG!! it better ! I was about to buy this game and borrow my friend's xbox 360 just to play it!
well to be honest rebellion should release these maps packs for FREE to have an incentive to play with people online. Because i checked a couple days ago on PSN....its pretty much dead with a couple games going.
I wish they can reasonably price these DLC maps. $8 +tax is a bit much for a couple of maps. It should be $4.99

DUDE we haven't even seen a glimpse of the multiplayer. For all we know it could totally be different (obviously). Especially with 32 players. This game will be insane! Just like killzone 2, the single player is different than the multiplayer. way different.
Yep gametrailers rock for giving MW2 game of the year instead of giving it to uncharted 2 or demon's souls.

well remember....consumers will not give a care about the tech...they just want stuff coming in their faces.
Nintendo just announced 3DS....that thing will sell like hot cakes...and you think 3D will die? no way....those guys will be consumed by 3D and most will buy a ps3 that has native 3D support.
PS3 is the best platform for MMORPGs, because psn is free and so when developers decide to add a subscription for these games it won't be as bad compared to the mmorpg players on the xbox 360 that have to pay $50 a year + subscriptions fees.
I grew up on TM2 all the way up to twisted metal black. I even played the psp TM head-on which was also great.
Twisted metal for ps3 is NOT underwhelming its OVERWHELMING on how much fun it will be especially with the new nuke mode and faction based multiplayer.
As a long time twisted metal player I honestly can not wait for this game. Looks like how a twisted metal game for the ps3 should look like.
