The label thing has pissed me off for years, so many of my used games have that crappy glue residue.
I have known a few decent people who knew games who worked there, but the managers / general managers are always douche bags and do not care about what they sell, they just want to upsell something and have you leave.
The trade in prices are always a ripoff, but its how they stay in business. Can't make a profit if you pay more than half it's value.

There is probably an update that has not been released yet that all new games seem to have anymore that fixes these minor glitches. Every new game I get always seems to have an update prior to first play.

People play on what they want, one thing can do something that the other can't and vice versa, but regardless both bring joy to people, isn't that all that matters? I have both systems, but barely use one of them. Regardless I still like them both.
