I played it on PS4 and it didn't "run like crap" at all, you seem to be miss-informed.
Odd I never had any issue with the controls but I played on PS4 maybe that was the difference. Did you use keyboard mouse or did you plug in a controller to your PC?
I paid full price to play it on PS4 and loved every minute of it, the fact people who hadn't had a chance to get this before can now get this for free on PS Plus is astounding. The game is great fun, the destruction is over the top awesome and when you get the powered wing suit you can fly around pretty much permanently and it is fantastic! Definitely recommend it.
You guys really need to give up on the if you cancel your subscription you loose the games argument.
