This kinda sucks, most of these games are never going to make it to NA, this event is really showcasing Japan only games (with a few exceptions, MGS4, FFXIII) Like Gamespot just announced that the PSP thing is Japan only.

Achievements come with the game, mods are allowed since its the PC, the only reason the 360 doesn't have mods is because its a close system, the game ships with a god dam map editor.
The voice thing is the only argument that you have.
except that if you had an ounce of knowledge you would know that to just play online games PC to PC its free, the only thing that cost money is cross platforming.
ya wtf does he mean, have the freedom to choose where to play online, this concept isn't new, every game is tied to an online service, Blizzard= Battle Net, Valve= Steam, like billion games = Gamespy, Windows live is a freaking dedicated service just like the rest of them.

Umm i don't know if console owners know this but PC is where you can make the largest amount of money off a high profile game.

Lol i just listen to that interview with Mark Riegn where he talks about the whole Unreal thing, in context what he is saying is that this point in development the game is more finished hence running better. It has nothing to do with actual performance.
P.S. gears looks amazing, and if you have ever played it you'd know you can have close to 20 enemies on the screen at once, just go and play Act 4 Chapter 1 to see it.
