I'm sure the 360 does have some framerate issues. I can't say, I don't have it for the 360.
What I do know is, the average frame rate for the PS3 is about 45fps. Not to mention the frame tears. Frame tearing on the PS3 there is a 10% to 20% tear rate.
Add in the other problems that the PS3 players are having, and you end up with a very clunky, port that does not access the full capability of the PS3.

As a PS3 player, I think they need to turn their resources from game balancing to technical issues plaguing the PS3. Frame rates mainly. As far as I know, Treyarch has yet to even acknowledge that there are frame rate issues for PS3 players. Besides that, there are the hard lock ups, the connectivity, and hit detection....

If they want to see a rise in sales of PS+ subscriptions they need to add some solid features. In the current state, gamers are gambling their subscription fees in hopes of getting discounts or games that are appealing to them.
Sony really needs to add some features such as
1. PS2 backward compatibility
2. PS+ exclusive apps such as Last.fm
3. A library of games that PS+ members can choose from to get their discounts.

@GWAVE MAG is a completely different game compared to those other games. Though these other games offer tactical game modes, they don't compare to MAG.
I'm not saying MAG is better than KZ2, or BO, (actually, yeah it's better than BO), but it is a really different type of FPS.

You are able to flag yourself PVP or PVE when you are playing on the PVE servers.
So when you are playing on the PVP server, you can't do anything but wait for the campers to get bored and go away. If you are in the PVE servers, you can flag yourself for PVP and get your battle on. Then when you are wanting to do missions, go back to PVE settings.
