I doubt it
1. they'll have to emulate the PowerPC architecture of the 360 CPU (which can be done)
2. they also have to emulate the lightning-fast 10mb EDRAM of the GPU. EDRAM isn't found on PC GPU's. This means that games that use the EDRAM will have low fps on the PC. Games who use the edram for AA could be patched tough.
GDDR5 does not even approach the speed of the EDRAM.
What you can expect is support of xbox...

You never compared them , yet you are sure that the PC version is better than the PS3 version(apart from resolution)... Well I did compare , screen next to screen. I know my shit. I did my homework before posting statements.I learned this way of working from school where we always had to do experiments before writing down a conclusion.

not in 2007, oblivion was better on the ps3. The PC didn't have any AF while the PS3 had 4x AF(although tech guys could force it on trough the GPU control panel)
The ps3 version also had other improvements (like more subtle LOD transitions for trees)

I contacted SCEE concerning the problem, they said to me that they are looking in to it. They were still unaware of the problem at the time I contacted them.
I posted the issue 2 days ago here on n4g , but everone was like "no u lying, no problem at all on store, u are just a 360 fanboy"... sigh

the gap between the PS3 and PC is much lower than the gap between the PS2 and the PC back in the time.
The ps3 and 360 are today still more powerfull than many laptops.
Take max payne 2 for example , the difference between the PC and ps2 version was huge. Most pc games weren't even released on the PS2 because of the weak hardware. This isn't the case with the current gen.Today the difference between console and pc games is much smaller.
