GTA 4 was not worth the wait on PC. Even if the game comes out good, it still shows how incompetent they are at managing their time. Companies should either stick to a date or not announce one until they know they can delive. Common sense.

Exactly. That's why Forbes said that PC Gaming is over 40% of the gaming market. More than phones, tablets, and consoles. PC gaming and it's 700 Million Intel Users and it's 100+ Million Active Steam users is so dead.
