Oh look, another exclusively MS game developer trying to squeeze every last dollar out of it's players. Mark my words, this will not be the last time we hear of this micro transaction/pay to play mentality coming from devs on that side.
All arguments aside though, and having been addicted to the original KI, this game looks sick! All you haters are so dull. You really just want the old KI with updated graphics? OMG, they redesigned Glacius . . . yeah he looks just as ...
For an xbla title with as much content as it has, I think the game looks great! Plus, there's more areas and online coop coming!
MS has already stated you can completely disconnect the Kinect 2 and still play.
The funny thing is Sony's Eye does exactly the same, yet we're not talking about that, cuz all the cool kids just want to bash MS and get their little chat bubbles and upvotes..
No, Arcfour, you don't get it. Only a fraction of the people on the planet are in the niche category involved in this conversation. Even further. Only a fraction of those that are interested would go out of their way to fill out a poll.
Now the argument that only the passionate will go out of their way to answer the polls, thats both accurate and innacurate. This particular site takes votes not only from site members, but volunteer opinions, opinions from people in the...
People, wake the **** up! Microsoft isn't setting the DRM/used games fee precedent. We've been dealing with it for years already, just in slightly different forms. Mobile gaming, digital downloading, Steam, Uplay, iOS/tablet gaming; can you trade in any of those games, can you? You can let your friend try out the game on your console, but if they want it they have to go buy it, right? It's exactly the same thing!
Maybe instead of complaining, you should be...
Pfft come on people. Goldeneye and ZOoT. 'Nuff said.
See Darius Cole that's the big misconception of digital rights nowadays. Any of these games or systems that make you agree to anything before you play, essentially make you sign your rights away before you ever start playing. Same thing with the PS3 and 360. Read the full agreement online, you're agreeing that while you may own the physical property, you down own the programming, which runs the console, and all of this has been clarified in Supreme Court hearings. So when we eventu...
I don't get this notion of Microsoft setting a bad precedent with DRM. People, we've already been dealing with DRM for the past 3, 4, + years! Mobile gaming, tablet gaming, digital downloads from PS3 and 360, Steam, Uplay, EALive, etc. DRM and digital downloads are already readily established into the gaming life, this is just the next step that was either going to take place this generation or the next.
I understand that's Microsoft's next rumored attempt ...
All the consolers on here are saying that graphics and fps don't determine what defines next gen, yet they describe next gen as better graphics, better performance, better capabilities. The reality of the situation is next gen is as simple as the next generation of product, nothing else. It's just an overused hype word by the gaming media. PC doesn't have gens, they just have an ever increasing amount of better and better hardware, so they can't be compared in this conversa...
I was in a previous beta up until lvl 20, and . . . I don't know, I can't decide if I like the game or I want to like it. I wasn't blown away, but the story is good so far. I love the combat visuals, but the game still feels a bit grindy. Character creation and backgrounds are great, but the I've yet to see any extra interaction with race, besides a few replaced words in quests.
I don't think I'm shooting for the moon in my expectations here, but I ...
