There is too much anticipation for this game to not succeed. They gave us a beta that I sank over 80 hours into. We already know we're buying the game so failure? No chance.
This is good for people who like halo but that's it. Halo is a no in between franchise. You either like it or you don't. I don't but I believe bungie has made something superior in destiny!
I'm an ol school gamer too but no matter what Era this game came out it would still be a very fun and good fps. I preordered my ghost edition during the beta. I had a blast!

I have no interest in paying a subscription to play games that i would already have 9 months ago on release. It makes no sense and if other publishers follow suit then we are headed to the end of gaming as we know it!

7 or 8 or whatever you wanna call it doesn't matter. Real gamers don't purchase games based on reviews. I'll read or watch a review but if I'm interested, I get it! Nobody has played the game! Not 5 or 15 minutes, I'm talking about the game! Therfore I will play it myself and decide on my own! And as for you saying corridor shooters don't impress you, I'm glad developers don't make games just for one person! I can't wait! Here's to great gaming!

Every game gets repetitive at some point. Why do people always say that? I've never played a game where I didn't repeat something I did before. People say anything they can just to hate.

They must get rid of the bots! I stopped at gen 8 in the fist month. It started off fun for a bit and then just got boring cause it wasn't competitive.
Yeah well let's hope most of those "too many games" don't keep getting pushed back! As long as destiny drops September 9 I'll be fine!
