Obviously you don't know who runs the gaming market, casuals, and they give no f##ks about exclusives 😂 they play cod, 2k, madden etc. Also, you must be talking about multiplats, those games that are also on pc. The holliday is no time for exclusive games in a sess pool of multiplats. Sony has learned this and has released games over the course of the year instead of waiting to get swallowed up by multiplats during the holidays. You just sound like a jealous fanboy.

I absolutely hate when people say that. Unless you like to pay for garbage when making a choice to buy a tv then yes, 4k tvs are still expensive. Not expensive as the use to be but, what size do you want? I have a 55" 1080p now so i at least want a 65" 4k tv. What brand do you want? Does it have hdr? Wide color gamut? Good brightness? Low gaming lag response time? There's a lot of things that we should consider when making a purchase of something like a tv, a 4k one at that.
The xbox one s is a xbox one with a 4k Blu-ray player and hdr, that is all. If you're someone with a 4k tv that wants a cheap standard 4k Blu-ray player, not a gamer, good value. As far as getting the most out of your gaming experience it will be 720p to 900p games upscaled to 4k. The Playstation pro is over twice the power of the ps4 and almost 3 times the power of the xbox one s and will upscale from a base resolution of 1440p to 4k using checkerboard rendering methods to get as close ...
I think a lot of people are forgetting that normal console generations last about 5 years. The only reason last gen lasted so long was because of the economic crisis we had. The pro is just an upgrade because of the fast rate that tech is going in. I think ps5 announced in 2018 and released early 2019.
