For Sony and QD it would be very powerful move to say "We were asked to cut scenes to get pegi 16, but it`s complete masterpiece, so we refused". I don`t get it, if it would be pegi 18 anyway 16-18 years old people anyway will buy it. In our times 6 years old girls playing Outlast. What is magical in getting pegi 16??? I would say it`s minus to game, everyones eyes looking for red pegi18 mark!
Gameplay in BTS is based on quick time events. I wouldn`t say it sucks. It`s just different. For example playing God Of War you are going through levels and must succesfully finish to proceed. In GoW you have a intense combat gameplay, but if you will fail it you`ll have loadgame and infinite numbers of tries. In BTS it`s different - you are going through chapters without any loadgames. The controls are simplified so you are not covering and shooting like in Uncharted or attacking and driving...

Were these scenes mot important and most breathtaking in Heavy Rain ? Absolutely not. Had these scenes a lot of gameplay (as whole Heavy Rain) ?
