1% vs 33% failure rate. PS3 has only 1 % failure rate, so out of 100 ps3 there would be only one malfunction. This is well within the normal industry failure rate.

Within normal industry rate? I didn't know normal product has a 20-33% failure rate. I am being quite generous here, since there's no way that the 360 has a lower than 20% failure rate.
hmm in the first game Edgeworth would do anything to win, so basically he has little or no moral. It's not until the second game that we see him changed. I assume that he is acting in good faith in this game.
And while Detective Gumshoe is likeable, he is as stupid as a rock, so I really wonder how we suppose to play him.

Are you blinded? The total user base of the ps3 is half of the 360 in the US, so it's only logical that it's selling half as much of the software. In other words, the attach rate is the same across the two consoles.

I can already tell that you have never played a single Mgs game. Every game is epic, especially mgs3, which has the one of the best stories in video game history. Mgs4 will be an epic game that 360 bots can only dream of playing.
I agree with you Danja, that MS is the opposite of innovation.
Also, I should mention that the 360 will never become a family console. MS is trying so hard to appeal its console to the family and casual gamers but so far it has failed in doing so. Bioshock, gears 2, halo3...yeah I am sure a mom would say: "Let's play gears 2 and spill some blood with my kid!" XD
I have a feeling that the 360 will never outsell ps3 again in Europe. I am sure the ps3 has something up its sleeve to counter gears 2 in Dec.

Ironcially the original xbox really burned down a house and killed a baby. Not that I want these horrific incident to happen again, but I am quite surprised that the 360 hasn't burned down a house with its 33% failure rate.
