Mgs4 is a masterpiece, but at the same time it's not for everyone. Final fantasy on the other hand appeal to a wider audience, and don't forget that ff7 is the gospel of rpg. mgs4 has sold around 3 millions so far, and ff7 will move 3 millions in 1 day.

What's with the xbots celebrating? It's not like people are going to buy a 360 for this since this is also coming out for the pc. I may or may not get it for the pc, but I am damn sure that I won't get a firebox 360.
In other words, ps3 fans are not missing out since 99% of us has a pc that can handle the source engine, which is pretty old.
Ps3 needs a fantasy or dragon quest title to boost up the sales permanently.
Dragon quest 8 for the ps2 is awesome, so I am a little bit disappointed when SE announces dq 9 for the ds. Let's hope they make 10 for the ps3.
