VC is the highest rated jrpg this generation, followed by TOV. LO is rated 78 average, so it is DEFINITELY not the best jrpg. People in general agree that VC is the best so please bots stop being delusional.

One thing for sure though, is that SC story will be as boring as the previous titles. I have played the first 2 splinter cell, and found the story boring and characters uninteresting, especially Sam Fisher. The gameplay in the first one is not bad, but not that impressive either.
