GT is JUST a driving sim. I cant really think of any other current driving game that is touted as Just a driving simulator.
With that in mind, GT will obviously be the best driving sim out there.
Why the complaints? If you want a game that looks GREAT!!! (car models and environments) AND you want a driving game that is ultra realistic then GT is def the game for you.

Most ps2 users are loyal to their brand so a large majority wouldn't even switch if the 360 shat diamonds.
