Well the Internet allows everything, but N4G could use some better moderation. A lot of BS is being approved these days.
This comment makes me think that Xbox fanboys are Trump voters. Would explain quite a few things I've read lately.
It's not about cash, Sony and Kojima have a long history. They were able to give him the environment he needs to make good games.
Because it looks like it?
I mean people are rightfully asking whether No Man's Sky is worth 60 bucks, now compare that to this.
So PS4 users will get an patched/optimized version with maybe even some bonuses a year later? Then it's going to be a tough choice between PC and PS4 version for me.
So giving FH2 a bad score negates every questionable article and review they published and their funding by Microsoft...?
Not really, people who get excited about Halo already have a Xbox. It will still take a better game than H5 to expand it's audience.
What a pathetic argument to downplay the valid point this article makes. Name one company that has been more dishonest during the last 10 years than MS, I'd be surprised if you could find one.
Well it's his job to say that, but he's a moron if seriously believes it.
Stupid game? GTFO
Fortunately, they're aiming for "emergent gameplay" which should make for a lot of interesting encounters.
Yes graphics are only a small part of my enjoyment. Sony shouldn't be so naive to think that they can keep people from buying PC's - PC's have so many other uses that they will always be a part of a gaming setup.
They should rather focus on making Playstation essential as well and they've pretty much achieved that with the PS4 and it's exclusives.
I think the gameplay in previous games was fine, maybe even the best in their genre, but it doesn't quite fit into the direction video games are heading these days.
If there was one game that could benefit from a reboot of this kind it is God of War so I don't mind this change at all. I'm rather glad they're trying to expand his character and story into another mythology, this should make for another pretty epic experience.
Yeah I always loved God Of War but Horizon looks like a truly special game, I could even see it becoming the game of this generation. Even though we've known about it for a while every new footage still gets me more excited for it's release.
As long as they are solid, 30fps are enough for a game like this.
If we learned anything about Xbox gamers during the last 10 years it's that the majority of them simply wants "more of the same with better graphics". I for one could not get excited during the Gears presentation despite loving the first two games. This new direction of God Of War however has me intrigued and I absolutely need to know how it continues.
I already feel bad for paying 60$, it's kind of funny people are comfortable with paying that much for a controller.
I can't believe they're still making Mario Party games for a handheld. How this make sense to Nintendo...?
Mhm so this is what the cool concept of Lily Bergamo turned into... well even if I wanted, I can't hate on senseless violence.
I love the Zelda series but I'm not sure I agree with this choice. I mean the gameplay for Horizon impressed me much more this year and both games are actually quite comparable. I'm all for keeping Nintendo relevant in this industry but don't you think they should achieve that themselves? In the end we are only voting with our wallets and that's not going to happen based on E3 awards.
