Seriously, what's wrong with these journalists lately? So this game can't be enjoyable because it doesn't fit your standards of a third person shooter or what? It's Driveclub all over again, story quality = WTF

^That's not elitist, that's completely reasonable. Sites like GIantbomb and Gamespot reviewed it by some stupid standards and strange expectations while overlooking what was there and forgetting what is actually fun in a racing game. Driveclub is certainly not perfect but for me it's the most fun I've had with a racer since GT4.

It's not the unknown, is the certitude that Sony's first party studios will give us regularly great, cutting-edge releases like every generation. DriveClub and The Order visually already surpass EVERYTHING that I've seen on my gaming PC (GTX 780) and it's only going to get better from now on. I don't see the Xbox One turning the tide in that category tbh (remember how the Xbox360 was abandoned by Microsofts first party during the last few years of it's life cycle?)

I can live with calling it a solid 8/10 ;)
I just can't agree with the 5's and 6's that were thrown around at launch.

I think anybody who knows how game development works could've told you that 1080p/60fps is not the best choice for this kind of game (on consoles, of course). We'll see about parity though, I presume that they were able to squeeze a few more visual effects into the PS4 version.

Yeah maybe it shouldn't be re-reviewed but gaming websites should visit this game again and write some new impressions about it so that people know it's not broken anymore. This game is a 9/10 now and it's simply not fair to the people at Evolution who really made some incredible improvements over the last 2 months. It must've been hell working there during that time, so give credit where credit is due.

They have quite a few shady things going on, Microsoft is the worst platform holder in the history of gaming.

Yes Ubisoft shouldn't dare to start this... but for Dying Light I don't have a problem with it, I've preordered it last month already because it's looking very fun and polished.

It's definately a game-changer, I'd even say that it should be re-reviewed by websites at this point. It's GOTY material by now, crazy what Evolution achieved during the last 2 months.

Have you played it? Especially since tge weather patch its GOTY material.

It's a tough decision between Drive Club, Dragon Age and Binding of Isaac:Rebirth but I think Dragon Age deserves it the most this year even though I haven't finished it yet. I just love these vast, expansive RPG's ;D

^Driveclub reviews were extremely low but still it has become my favourite racing of not only this year but all time as well, just because the mediadecided to hate on a game before release it doesn't mean that the game is actually bad. I think The Order looks spectacular and plays just how a TPS should play, I seriously don't care what a bunch of journalists think about it.
