VR isn't dead. i first used a VR headset in 1995, it was the VFX-1. it's just that VR hasn't progressed that much in 22 years even though technology has progressed in leaps and bounds in those 22 years.
i think what they need is ground warfare on the planets. exploring a planets surface does get boring after awhile.
exactly, we will have to wait and see. all we know is that it will be a paid service, voice chat on a mobile phone and you get a free game a month but don't get to keep it after that month is up.
my biggest concern about the switch isn't the price but for how long 3rd party support lasts. I mean the big companies not the indies.

In October last year I decided to buy a new console. I had a Wii bought day one plus i have 92 games for it and a WiiU also bought day one with 10 retail and 12 digital games. I never regretted either purchase. I decided not to wait for and purchase the Switch as I felt let down by the 3rd party developers who initially supported the Wii U and then quickly abandoned it. I was very disappointed that there was only 1 FIFA and no WWE games on the Wii U.
