As long as the story is fresh and they add some gameplay elements, I wouldn't have a problem with this. Assassin's Creed 2 was great.

Beta access is limited to only PS3 and PC users at this time. The 360 beta was pushed back.
I've said it before, just as this poster did - it's a beta. It's better that the community complains and finds glitches now, then when the full game is released. When that stuff happens, you get a game like MW2.

I'm pretty sure that's why they're calling this thing a "beta." For any of the people that played the Halo: Reach beta, the first two days were almost unplayable because of freezing and server problems.
Not only that but the MoH beta lasts almost an entire month. I'd rather they work the bugs out now and a few gamers bitch, then have the final product be released like this.

Lionhead, and especially Molyneux, have a tendency to hype and blow things out of proportion. Although I do agree with the title - I'm still waiting for that "promised" Fable.
