I'm in Ubisoft. this was not supposed to be PS3 exclusive as far as I can tell you... and the Fanny, person responsible for releasing this info had troubles with the company. Not sure she's relevant source of info when it comes to cancellation.
Footage is fake BTW. Models and some parts of anims were engine rendered.... but many features effects like environment mapping on floor and robot, plus some cam...
