UC3 is my least favorite in the series. I think once it got past the ship level, things started going down hill. I felt as a whole the plot, characters, gameplay, and writing took a step backwards.
I think people who already played the game are feeding into a practice that could eventually become a new trend. I can understand buying an HD remake of a ps2 game but not a ps3 game.

Graphics aren't just about visuals. It's also about performance. The visuals look good as I made it a point to say that I didn't pay much attention to the controversy. Graphics aren't everything. What brings the game down are the stiff animations, poor facial expressions, a couple of glitches that made me restart my game, late texture pop ins and drops in frame rate. And the PC version looks like the E3 version because a modder found hidden files within the game.
If this were MS they would be getting ripped. Sony needs to face the music. This is unacceptable.

I really hope they don't make it overly action-y like how they did with U3. I enjoy the treasure hunting theme, and puzzle solving. UC3 got away from that mid way through.

I don't know. Graphics aren't everything, 60fps isn't important, 1080p isn't paramount. Some seem to think so.But these are the times and technology has made it possible to achieve such things.
Graphics at most can hinder the experience to an extent, but gameplay is really the glue that holds everything together. Then followed by the story, then graphics.
