When you play a game on steam, even if you're in just the menus, it still counts hours. It's why I have like 40 hours on certain games. This is how I draw my conclusion on playable time.
Playstation plus may be different but it wouldn't surprise me if idle time counted.

Been an nvidia/intel fan since I first started building computers. I still love nvidia. My old asus 660 2gb card still maxes out new games. Wolfenstein I get 60fps at 1080p.

It probably will. We're early in the "next gen" lifespan so many of these games will look nearly as good as pc counterparts. The real fun happens 3-6 years down the line when we see what these systems can really do. I'm excited for both the ps4 and xbox one, especially since they share the same architecture and seem easier to program. As for me, I'll sit on my computer until the 880 gtx comes out.
